This was a quick read. I finished it in about 4 hours. I enjoyed it because it kept me turning the pages but the constant jumping back and fourth between characters was just a bit much. Phillip was the only one who had a good character background, I could sense his craziness chapters away. For a free book it wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. I recommend it if you're bored in the office like me.

This thriller / murder mystery had me captivated from start to finish. Following the journey of a woman as she starts to become inquisitive about her sister's death, the story took me on a journey of whodunnit and intrigue. The book is extremely well written and there was absolutely nothing about this story that I would fault. Fantastic!

Sondra's sister (Tracy) went jogging one night and never returned. Her body was found a week later a mugging gone bad. A year or so later Sondra still has her sister on her mind. Things just don't seem right. She decides to do some digging of her own. Soon she begins to discover the truth and her life may be in danger.

The plot is very good, fast paced with a lot of twists, turns and surprises. Sondra is very likable, she is an independent and determined woman. Just when I thought I had it figured out, a new twist occurred that had me thinking "I didn't see this coming". Overall I really enjoyed Killing Me Softly and highly recommend to those who love a great psychological-thriller/suspense.… (más)
