This is a kid and teacher friendly book of science experiments. The book is spiral bound and uses tabs to separate the book into sections according to the subject of the experiment. The subjects are astronomy, biology, chemistry, geology/geography, physics, and weather. There are 62 experiments for astronomy, 59 experiments for biology, 59 experiments for chemistry, 57 experiments for geology/geography, 65 experiments for physics, 63 experiments for weather. Each experiment is given a title, a question, a list of materials needed, steps to complete the experiment, a cartoon illustration, and a "Did you know?" factoid. No table of contents is given, but there is an alphabetical index of experiment titles, questions, and subjects. A guide to symbols used is given at the front of the book, indicating how much adult supervision is needed for the experiment and where the experiment can be performed.

I think children, parents, and teachers will get a lot out of these science experiments. They are quick easy, and do not require a lot of uncommon materials. The book is easy to navigate if you are trying to find an experiment related to a specific topic. The experiments also do a good job of illustrating the science concepts. The Book I have Chosen was the 1001 cool School yard Jokes, Written by Glen Singleton. He has written other famous joke books such as cool jokes and Animal jokes. This book was published in 2004.

This book is about a joke book where the point of this book is to make you laugh, giggle, and explode with laughter. The sections you can choose from are:
Sibling rivalry, Poking fun at teachers, Animal cracers, Food for thought, True colours, Mummy Mummy, Docter Doctor and more. My favourite catergorie is the world of sports because I am very interested in sport jokes.

Another great point about this book is that it humours you. This humours you because when you have been upset this book can cheer you up and make you feel better. It is also a good book to read to younger children. I recommend this book for children for 6+ and would rate it 4 out of 5 I will recommend you to read this book.… (más)
