La Posada's Turquoise Room Cookbook por John Sharpe
A beautifully designed book with recipes, history, and personal memoirs of owner-chef John Sharpe. This is the restaurant in one of the only remaining Harvey Houses along the Santa Fe line, in Winslow, AZ. The Tourquoise room is up and running and the La Posada will be shortly, but has been operated as a hotel for about a decade. The food is localized even though international styles.
