The Four Gospels as One Narrative in Language for Today
Date setting is not Shank's purpose. Nevertheless, the Bible is filled with words that have temporal dimensions, such as, "until." The Bible clearly speaks of things past, present, and future. Shanks does a great job of describing the order of events in relation to the second coming of Christ.
