I actually read this as part of a three book set (Books #2-4 in the series). It was a cute little read, pretty quick to get through. I have the e-book version and would read it while walking on the treadmill at the gym. The characters were likeable, with the exception of the ones that the characters didn't like either lol. There were some laughable moments, and I can totally picture some of these things happening in real life. You will definitely find yourself rooting for one person or another, and hoping that some will disappear from the story. There's not a ton on substance to it, but that's kind of to be expected with a little rom-com story. My only complaint is that the ending just kind of...happened...and I was left wondering about other things that I didn't feel had a complete tying up of loose ends.

I would recommend this book (and series) if you like romantic comedy books and/or movies, want a quick or feel-good read, or to just give you something to take your mind off your own problems.

All three books were cute, easy to get through, rom-coms. They used a mixture of the same characters for all of them but that wasn't necessarily a negative issue. The hardest part was going from one person's POV in the first book to a different person's POV in the second one when those people were best friends in the first book. When I first started the second book, I kept forgetting that Claire was no longer the main character. Overall good character development, the stories all moved quickly, there were some funny things going on but also some "come on just say what you mean" things. If you take nothing else away from these stories, take this...COMMUNICATE. Most of the so called problems in these stories was that the people weren't being completely open and honest with their partners.

I would recommend this for anyone who likes cozy, quick reads, and romantic comedies.

Cute, quick read. Fourth in a series. I actually read this as an ebook and part of a "box set" of books 2-4. I left a more detailed review on the box set. You don't HAVE to read the previous ones first but it would be very helpful as they use a rotation of the same characters in all the books. If you like books 1-3 in the series, definitely read this one. Character development is good, it uses various points of view but not enough to be confusing or annoying.

I recommend if you like romantic comedies, cozy, quick reads. Just spend a day or two reading it, it's a fun read.… (más)

I have the e-book version and would read it while walking on the treadmill at the gym. The characters were likeable, and were a carry-over from the second book in the series. At first, I had trouble reading it because the characters were the same but it was a different person's point of view from the previous book. I kept wanting to scream at the main character to just open her mouth and communicate with people, but if she did that, the book would have been much shorter. This one has a little more substance to it than the previous book, but it wasn't this mind-bending story.
