- Biografía breve
- Sophie Scholl's father Robert Scholl was the mayor of Forchtenberg, Germany, her hometown, and her mother Magdalena Müller Scholl was a liberal politician. Her five siblings included Hans Scholl and Inge Aicher-Scholl. She had a carefree childhood and was a talented artist. In 1942, after working as a kindergarten teacher, she became a biology student at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, where Hans was already studying. With her brother and his friends, she formed an anti-Nazi resistance group called The White Rose. They wrote and distributed leaflets criticizing Nazi war crimes, particularly against the Jews. In February 1943, Sophie and Hans and another White Rose member, Christophe Probst, were arrested by the Gestapo and executed. She was 21 years old.

The book is a good narrative of her life.
I recommend it for the students of WWII.
