Recounts the trial of those implicated in the Massacre and tells of the prominent and not-so prominent people involved in the instigation and carrying out of this infamous raid that killed only women and children in Aravaipa Canyon. Many of those implicated were otherwise noted citizens. The author was a reporter for the Arizona Citizen and this was investigative journalism for him, but conveys the passions of the time.
