It was stupid to buy this book. Much of it is about food styling which makes me want to say, "Very pretty. Now where is some food meant to be eaten, and not just looked at.

Many of the contributors are vegan, or at least vegetarian. The one recipe that might be worth trying has as the first two ingredients coconut sugar and vegan butter. (I would use brown sugar and butter). The third ingredient is eggs.

The chapters by German speaking cooks were not in clear English.
