David J. Rothman (2) (1959–)

David J. Rothman was born in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1959. He earned an A.B. cum laude in History and Literature at Harvard University in 1982, an M.A. in English at the University of Utah in 1984, and a Ph.D. in English at New York University in 1992. He has taught courses in literature and mostrar más writing at the University of Utah, Zhejiang University (People's Republic of China), New York University, Western State College of Colorado, and several secondary schools. His poems and essays have appeared widely, and he is co-founder, with Charles Stegeman, of the Western Slope Summer Music Festival. He is currently Headmaster of Crested Butte Academy, a private secondary school, and Executive Director of the Robinson Jeffers Association.
