It's about a young bear who wakes up from his deep sleep and has a big adventure on Christmas.
Mama Turtle tells Tiny Turtle that Thanksgiving is a day to give thanks for everything, but Tiny Turtle isn't thankful for everything because he doesn't like being a turtle. He wants to be an eagle instead. Mama Turtle tells him to try to be one. Tiny Turtle builds wings out of a tree branch and leaves, but it doesn't help him to fly. He asks eagles to teach him, and their mother grabs him and takes him high up in the air. She soon drops him. Tiny Turtle soon realizes that being an eagle isn't any fun, and he becomes thankful for being a turtle. This book really shows what Thanksgiving is all about with a fun adventure. This book would be suitable for ages 4 and up.… (más)
