This book to me is a bit over the top, things you don't really need to worry about, use utensils you have, don't overdo it.
Very fancy names of dishes, something i'd serve to company, not family as it takes time to do the right presentations.
Lots of fancy french names and English ones if available. Recipes near the back of the book do not have color photos.
