What a really cool cookbook and history of a famous restaurant on NYC. I had never heard of it, but found this cookbook somewhere and knew it would tell a long story of family, hard work and good food through many years.

A history book with a little bit of recipes. This is truly the history of Junior's restaurant in Brooklyn from its inception. Great photos of the area and intersperced are some of their famous recipes, like onion soup and cheesecake. Not exactly a book you would want in your kitchen, but a good one for those old-world recipes that you can't find today.
