I would want to work in his culture, but it's clear how they fit in and rose as a Silicon Valley firm. The ideas and systems related to goal tracking, expense management, performance management, and internal communication are all worth strong consideration. I found myself frequently asking why we don't do some of these things, but also knowing parts of it wouldn't fly.
