I will be giving this book to my son who will be coming next month from Shanghai and his son, I wish that there was a Father-Daughter one too. I have many memories of my dad but would have loved to have this book for us to share. It will be a wonderful treasure for them to share now and much later. I like the writing prompts a lot. It has questions to answer about what you wanted to be when you were much younger. I think that my grandson would be very surprised that his father wanted to be an astronaut. I wish I still had a copy of the letter that he wrote to the President. There is so much lost because it never got spoken or written between generations.

I am super excited to try 15-20 of the recipes, and was bookmarking pages in each section as I was going through. As someone who doesn't eat a lot of starch easily, it's such a godsend when things like this do come out.
Nice overview. Summer fruit granita recipe was excellent.

The reason I also will not be following this diet is because eating only five hundred calories would not work on a fasting day for the reason that fasting should be no eating for me. Not eating less.… (más)
