An exceptional example of using minimal images to tell a story, this book is a delight for little ones and will be loved by the adults that read to them. The book tells the story of a polar bear wandering throughout the arctic leaving only footprints behind until the final spread when the bear finally makes an appearance. Told in a gently rhyming style, my favorite pop-up has to be the bear snow-angel left in the snow. This sweet book would be a great gift to any new parent.
