This is one of the best post-pregnancy books I have found. This is such an important topic and it's presented in a way that informs without sounding preachy.

This was a great overview of all the issues a breastfeeding, working mother will need to prepare for. And it actually had a good bit of information that would be useful even to non-breastfeeding mothers (child care options, flexible work schedules) or mothers who stay at home (breastfeeding basics, taking care of your baby and yourself in the fourth trimester).
Mothers who combine breastfeeding with working will find this an immensely helpful and reassuring book. The author includes practical information on planning for and returning to employment; clear, concise tips on breastfeeding; pumping, storing, and transporting milk; and possible alternatives to full-time employment such as job sharing, working from home, and staying home full-time. The book suggests numerous ways mothers can build and maintain closeness with their babies in spite of separation.… (más)
