Ice Cream: The Delicious History por Marilyn Powell
Entertaining mix of information and fables about ice cream. Those expecting a straightforward history will have to find it somewhere else, but I did enjoy that Powell delved into people's memories and associations than just sticking to facts (and when it comes to the origins of various ice cream creations, facts seem hard to come by anyway).
