There are also several Gab Sessions and My Journal sections throughout the book, blank pages that begin with a reflective scenario and ask for your own interpretations.
For teen girls, especially those active in their Christianity, this is a guide to making yourself a better follower of Christ. There is also a wonderful segment at the end of the book titled More Gab Sessions with Chandra, which features letters from teens and Ms. Peele's answers, which I think everyone will find helpful.
