Code of Federal Regulations 201.100(d)(1) pertains to labeling for prescription products, requiring PDR content for "indications, effects, dosages, routes, methods, and frequency and duration of administration and any relevant warnings, hazards, contgraindications, side effects, and precautions" in the same language as approved for labeling.

However, as stated in the Foreward, the FDA does not limit the manner in which a physician may use an approved drug.… (más)
