Rainbow of rocks: Mysteries of sandstone colors and… por Marjorie A Chan
This pamphlet explains hematite coloration and cementation in western U. S. sandstones for the non-technical person. Dr. Chan described and studied the berry-sized round hematite concretions in Utah long before they were found on Mars. Since then, she has collaboratedd with NASA to study those on Mars as well. The Utah "blueberries" are on page 2 of this pamphlet, photographed before the landers went to Mars and saw them there.
