A changing face of US society requires new multicultal senstivities for youth ministry. Lack of cultural awareness causes people to spaek of "youth culture" as if it were monlithic, rather than diverse. Moreover, lack of ethnic senstivity causes many youth ministries to be less effective than they need be. This article calls us to greater chultural sensitivity and aareness as we do youth ministry in increasingly multicultural contexts.
