I should have paid more attention to the title.

First off, a word of warning--this book is for non-fiction writers, not fiction writers. If you want to publish a novel, this is not the resource you need.

The implication behind the title is that your ultimate goal is a published book. Things like the topic are a secondary concern to this author.
