I appear to have the only LT copy and the book is not even in Amazon. It was a flea market find 2 summers ago and I read it quickly, but passed on. Now with a more intensive reading and realization of Munk's role in the Czec government I realize how very important this book seems to be. It shows exactly how the three agressor countries managed to gain their position of control in the world so quickly and the implications. Since in 1940 there was no assurance Britain would not be overrun Munk explains what might be the effect and details how the Americas might be next. Of course at the time the US was still not at war.
Munk died in the late 1990s after a distinguished career at Reed College.
His family has published his autobiography online, available at no cost.
Anyone wanting to to defind the "isms' of the period could well start here. I think this book should be brought back so younger people could understand exactly how agressors could virtually almost take over the world so quickly… (más)
