Scintillating, searing paced police thriller, fifth in T. Frank Muir's brilliant Andy Gilchrist series. The harsh, cold setting of St. Andrews is the perfect palate for the story's scary bad guys. Fantastic - highly recommended.

Personal opinion - unlike some other police procedural series I've read, you really need to read Muir's Gilchrist novels in the right order.
