Lots of great information in a very easy to read format. If you're looking for a bunch of clinical jargon and boring scientific studies you won't find it. This book is written so anyone, even someone with no basic knowledge of Keto, can understand and make an informed decision on the benefits of this way of eating. A must read for anyone considering this life style.

A useful and accessible guide to the ketogenic way of eating, but geared towards beginners who don't want to know all the scientific ins and outs behind it. It's certainly not a comprehensive guide but more like a taster of what this way of eating is all about.

Lots of really good information about eating a "Keto" diet. Short chapters, lots of call-outs, interesting stories, and way more scientific information than I needed. But probably just enough for people who like to know all the whys of how a diet works. I'm giving it three stars because I found it lacking a bit in the actual how-to department for meal planning, so I will probably need to get another book for food lists, recipes, etc. This would probably be a very good book for someone who is trying to eat a low-carb, high-fat diet and having a difficult time getting into ketosis.… (más)

There's lots of information in this book - so much so that I felt like there was repetition. The arguments were convincing, but the actual putting this kind of diet into practice suggestions were pretty slim. There is so much conflicting advice about how to eat for health that it is hard to know who is right. One suggestion the author made was that personal experimentation is always best because everyone's bodies are unique.
