Temple Grandin DVD

Before enrolling in college, famed animal husbandry expert Temple Grandin (Claire Danes) visits a cattle ranch owned by her aunt Ann (Catherine O'Hara) and demonstrates a brilliance for all things mechanical. Once classes begin, the autistic Grandin rises to meet the intellectual challenges -- though the social ones are a bit more difficult. The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill but Came Down a… por Christopher Monger

The novel is word for word the narration in the film. I borrowed the book thinking it might have additional or different materials, but that's not so. Still, a very enjoyable story and well done. It does verify that Monger is telling a personally known communal story.
