Clodagh McKenna

Coldagh McKenna studied in France and New York and trained and worked at Ballymaloe. Cookery School under Darina Alle. She has two restaurants in Dubin and writes a monthly column for the Sunday Business Post. She is a familiar face on TV in Ireland, the UK, and the US, with appearances on "The mostrar más Rachael Ray Show" and her PBS show "Clodagh's Irish Food Trails."
