Overall: This was definitely a case of the perfect pairing - story and narrators were a beautiful compliment to one another. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a steamy listen that will make you smile.

Story: I enjoyed the story overall, and while I don't want to give away too much, Edge is the perfect combination of hard and soft. I could really relate to Kealy, and I just wanted to push her to get over her shyness and take the plunge with Edge. Great pacing, and amazing characters.

Narration: Dom and Teena absolutely brought this story to life. They play off each other so well, and really made me feel like I was listening to the story unfold in real time. Honestly I wouldn't have been surprised if I ran into Edge and Kealy in my local market they seemed so real. They will definitely be going on my listen to more of list!… (más)

The boys are back in town, boys are back in town, ey ey! Ok so I had this 80's song stuck with me when I saw this book was out..I love my corrupt swat team..I love them.. I had originally started this series with Mark and Kayla whom I loved and still love and when I was reading there book, Declan had won my heart also so I was always waiting for his story and I was ecstatic when it came out.. Still love him and I have to say we found the perfect woman for him, Aimee. There were times that I wanted to smack her and tell her "wake the hell up" but she did and I liked her for Declan since he is my baby. I loved that the whole clan had some interaction with these two but I specially loved that Damon and Mark were the most to interact since they were the most to spend time with him oh and Kayla (wish she had a little more) but I can't complain.. All in all loved it and even though Danny is not part of the Swat team he is important to the stories and very involved so I hope we get either a new series or a standalone with him he totally deserves his own story and we can not forget Mason-Kayla's brothers or ex-brothers in law if you want to be technical I however see them as brothers..Ok no more rambling all in all I just want you guys to read this.

I really hope you have started from the beginning because if you have not than you are just short changing yourself. We met Rocco from the beginning and I felt we got a little more from him in Marc and Kays story, nevertheless what I am really trying to say is that we loved him and wanted more from him and we finally got his story. We met Lavender in the last story, JJ's and Sage's and now she is Rocco's love interest. I have to say that I wasn't crazy about her, I get that she was treated bad in her previous relationship so I get that she didn't believe that she was in Rocco's league but she got annoying really fast, how fast from the very first chapter to me, she or others referred to her being as snarky as Kay and Sage and I totally didn't get that since I love Kay, love Kay and Sage and enjoyed their banter, Lavender not so much. However I still enjoyed the story, still loved Rocco and soooo happy that I got to read about my crazy men again. Now I beg and plead can I please get my Declan's story?!?!… (más)
