The book also explains the way our minds are influenced and controlled by negative thoughts and emotions. IT also explains how our egos are not us but a mere illusion of who we are and what we are. I liked the book because it explained how our minds really operate. I also have been doing the meditation exercise and it really works. I recommend the book to anyone looking for a peace of mind, and anyone who is dissatisfied with methods of religion, and the positive thinking philosophy. It’s what everyone should at least read once.
