The film has some cute bits, and I can point to very little about it that's actually bad, but overall, it's just terribly forgettable. By nearly any other animation studio standard, that'd not be such a bad impression to be left with, I guess, but for a Disney Classic, it's terribly disappointing. The story's so basic as to barely be warranting half the running time it has, the characters are not at all warranting the stellar cast, and the funny and/or charming parts (though present) are way too few and far between to keep me invested. Yet another example of the thoroughly underwhelming decade of Disney production cluttering up their canon between the excellent Renaissance and Revival periods of the 1990s and 2010s respectively.… (más)
