She has exercises to improve your awareness and observation skills, as well as exercises to improve knowledge of different aspects of yourself and self-awareness. I found this book to be very helpful when I was developing as a witch, leading up to my first degree initiation, and afterward. Initiation periods can be trying and turbulent as one becomes acquainted with different levels of experience; I found this to be a helpful guide to a difficult process.… (más)
