John Mantooth

I’ve been reading a lot of short stories lately and this collection is somewhere in the middle quality-wise. The writing is good but not great and the whole is thematically cohesive but some of the stories end abruptly and unsatisfyingly. I would read more by this author.

A well-written book but much of the subject matter was too disturbing for me. Not my cup of tea at all.

This book given to me through the Goodreads giveaway program and I appreciated the opportunity to read and review it.
