Editors of People Magazine

This book was on the sale shelf at my local library. I thought it would be a nice item for the assisted living home where a family member is because it has quite a few pictures and she is from a time they might remember.

I didn't know much about Katharine Hepburn prior to reading this. I would say that if you want in depth information, this might not be the best option, but it is a good place to start if you don't know much about this person.

I love true crime stories and Law and Order special victims is my favourite show that I never miss. Sometimes when I have watched law and order’s various series, I can pinpoint what true crime they came from.
This book/magazine deals with 35 cases, mostly well known, that inspired law and order episodes in any of the three series. Very little detail is given, it’s a very condensed version of what happened. For me and likely a lot of people, most of the information was all general knowledge and details I already knew. As most of these cases were well known, I would love to have had other crimes in there that aren’t so well known but I did like the parallel with the show it appeared on and who played the key parts.
