Royal Flush: Royal Angels (Forged in Twilight Book 3) por Jessica Lynch
Allow an afternoon for this NC17 contemporary urban paranormal romance set mostly in Las Vegas, Nevada over the span of more than forty years. Do NOT read in public as chortles may ensue. It is the third in a series but works as a standalone. I had an ARC via Bookfunnel and this voluntary review is my own opinion.
Sigh. This was so fun for a while! Hocus Pocus! Puns!
And then.
He’s not a ghost. At 90% he wakes up from a 2-year coma and we find out it’s his spirit that was stuck in his old apartment while his body was in the hospital.
Minus points for a lot of sex terms that made me make the stink face. Who says “swallowed his load” and “shot his wad” and “jizz” in a sexy scene? Okay, that’s probably just me, but *ew*
Some copyediting errors, btw.
Anyway, if you are fine with all of this, it’s a silly no-stress read.… (más)
