Oh yeah, I am on a vampire kick and The Nightlife San Antonio by Travis Luedke is next on the list. Some steamy romance is on the agenda and I’m sure there will be some danger from the Mexican Mafia.

Picking her up in the hospital parking lot, in a hospital gown, couldn’t be a warning to him could it? Add the fact she has amnesia and has no idea why someone is after her, wanting her dead, we are sure to have a dangerous adventure in store for us.

They both did everything they could to deny the immediate attraction, but I think we all know it is undeniable and, sooner or later, they will act upon it. Won’t they?

I couldn’t help but laugh as I read his thoughts. Not psychically, but through the written word. Travis Luedke adds humor to the danger, as does the fact that Adrian is a sociopath that is a germaphobe. He wants to be normal and tries to act the part, but slips up…a lot.

The Nightlife San Antonio by Travis Luedke is an action packed supernatural thriller filled with steamy sex, dangerous mafioso, and betrayal. What a fun ride it was and I look forward to reading more of the The NIghtlife series.

I received a free copy of this novel in exchange for an honest review. Mike Evans is almost a typical teenager, I say typical because not only does he live with the guilt of his mother dying giving birth to him, but he has also inherited her visions. He's a skateboarder with very few friends. Then one day after posting his friend's McDonald's escapade on Facebook, his world is turned upside down. He then meets Nadia, a beautiful, homeless younger teenage girl, who seems to be drawn Mike. As he tries to get the bullies to leave him alone he begins to have troubling visions of people getting hurt. Will they heed his warnings before it's too late? How will Mike react when he finds out the truth about Nadia? Will anyone even believe him?

This was an awesome paranormal thriller. You can easily relate to Anita and how she sees herself. Being a teenager is difficult as it is, but to have a bad self image and also a huge crush on your best friend is quite a bit to handle. Nadia, I couldn't get my head around at first, because she was a homeless teen that seemed to pop up everywhere Mike went. When you find out the truth it'll certainly surprise you! Everything about this book was plausible and it made a great story that held me captivated from beginning to end.

Aaron and Michelle roam the dirty alleys and strip clubs in search of their nemesis, vampire, Mike Jamison. He’s been killing again and the trail stops in London, where another woman has gone missing. Will they be able to catch him before he kills again? With the aid of Aaron’s master Urvashi, and her Russian werewolf mercenary friends Katya and Ivan, they’ll do whatever it takes to bring him down.

Although this was book four in a series, it does well as a standalone. I haven’t read the previous three but I don’t think they would have added much more than how Urvashi got bonded to Aaron. I enjoyed this book immensely, once I got over the fact that vampires have sex A LOT. Let’s face it, Aaron claims he’s in love with Michelle yet he’s having sex with every woman that acknowledges him! I know they need to feed but he’s just a manwhore! Michelle is pretty bad too, offering sex to get what she wants in return, yes there’s lots of it. I liked the fact that each vampire had abilities that made them unique, Aaron with his telepathy and Urvashi being a succubus. My favorite character would probably be Katya, she has such a fiery spirit it’s amazing. This was definitely a great werewolf and vampire novel, with very plausible scenarios too. I’ll now have to get caught up on the previous three to see what I missed. A must read for paranormal romance lovers!
