Honestly, I'm so disappointed with this book, that I can't even express it with words.

As a person who loves Taboo books, this was looking really exciting, but with every page, my frustration grew up.

There were so many wrong things with this book. Like how can a person not know his SO is homosexual, even if they lived together so many years?

The characters were one of the most boring ones, I've ever read, and the writing was just as lame.

Cora was dumb. And that's it. That was her main quality. You are in your mid 20's how you can not know how to start a fire? In a freaking fireplace!!!

And Matt what were you thinking? This was clear rape! I've read other non-con or dub-con books, I don't mind them as long as they are fiction but come one, you could've given at least a warning there is such a thing. So Matt you were a prick, I don't love you, honestly, I don't even like you. You were rude and shallow, pretty egotistical as well.

The writing itself wasn't that bad, but it made me doze off, so I can say it was amazing as well.

Probably gonna give this author another chance in the future, but not anytime soon.

Charity's mom breaks up with her younger boyfriend. Charity cannot believe it as she finds him so hot. While Mason is taking his last shower in their home, Charity spies on him. He catches her but says nothing at the time. Charity later is cooking and sets off the fire alarm in the kitchen. Mason is the fireman who shows up. She offers him dinner then they both get more. Will she start dating her mom's ex-boyfriend? Will their age difference make a difference? What will happen when her mother finds out?

I enjoyed this story. I liked Charity and Mason. I was not so crazy about Roseann, Charity's mom. She does not seem to worry much about Charity until out in public. I liked that Mason was hesitant after the first time, but I was glad that Charity was determined to have him and love him. Mason was already lost by then. I liked their loving and the ending.

I will have to find more of the Cherry Falls series.… (más)
