A sweet little Halloween treat of a picture book, although nothing crazy original. The illustrations are very cute (especially the bats!)

A fun counting book with gorgeous ocean pictures.

This book is absolutely delightful. I love the premise of being nervous to give Valentine's, blessing other people's lives, and then being blessed in return. It's told in rhyme which is nice (especially as there are some "harder" words than might be expected in the picture book)

I think my favorite element, though, is the illustrations. They are soft and welcoming, just like Mirabel and all of the other characters she encounters.

Readers will delight in this fun non-fiction picture book depicting the day in the life of a Walrus. The illustrations are very lifelike and capture your attention. The rhyming text is a great literacy skill for beginner readers and an introduction to beginning non-fiction titles. I would recommend this for any collection looking for books to supplement their non-fiction for early readers. It would make a great read aloud as well as one on one story for children.
