Relax you may only have a few minutes left: using power of humor to overcomes stress
Many examples of using humor to get over the stress in our lifes.
Just pretend to be a 8 year old and be silly-things we have done when we are around our grandson. We need to do these things when he's not even here. See how many heads we can turn.
I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device).

LaRoche's mantra of think positive and think outside the box to get there all wrapped up in a lot of stale jokes. I have a friend (Jennifer Hart) that could take this material and add a dash of snark to make it really sparkle.

I was a bit disappointed in this book. I enjoyed her other one [book: Life is Not a Stress Rehearsal] and while I didn't hate this one, I didn't like the lecture format (too much audience background noise) and the transitions were abrupt. There was also a lot of content that was repurposed. Read [book: Life is Not a Stress Rehearsal] and skip this one. The party pants story and theme throughout the book is a good one, however.

Not a bad book if you have a dip, but I wouldn't recommend it when you really need help. The constant exaggeration is funny in the beginning, but the humour of it starts to wear off after some time.
