A nicely organized book with easy-to-read recipes, including some pairings not seen often in beginning books (Parsnip-Apple Soup). There are two sections of entrees -- one fish, one veggie. The Vietnamese Warm Tempeh Salad and the how-to-make-croquettes section are winners.
