Being an introvert in any sort of work setting can be difficult because you realize you work in different ways than your extroverted colleagues and it can feel like those colleagues are favored for being outgoing and your hard work can go overlooked. I liked reading Kumar’s experiences and was able to relate. I also liked a lot of his advice and ways in which he found to be successful in his own experience. My favorite thing about this book though was that it read sort of like a memoir and was very conversational and that it wasn’t just about dealing with introversion in a professional setting but rather realizing that might not be the career choice for you and being ok with that. I loved the end of this book where the author talked about losing his job and deciding what he really wanted to do with his life. I also really liked how he utilized the ebook format and included some links and I found myself highlighting quite a few words of encouragement and advice throughout.… (más)
