This was moderately okay. I have been doing this for years. There's nothing "new age" about this. It's a step back into the days before we became so dependent on technology and had to have every single thing. It makes me think a lot of those days when Mother Earth News first came out, not to mention the lifestyles of my grandparents. Generally speaking, however, it is a good thing for the younger generations to understand the concept and to follow it. I gave it four stars rather than five for readability and just plain common sense editing.… (más)
