I really enjoyed this book because its full of different Korean folk tales. What I like most about them is that they parallel tales that I already know, but in a way that’s slightly different. For example, a story called Mister Moon and Miss Sun starts a little bit like Little Red Riding Hood in the sense that the tiger was trying to convince the children that he was their mom by disguising himself in her clothes after eating her. I also liked the organization. There’s a table of contents in the beginning of the book so if you wanted to jump around and read different stories, it’s easy to navigate. Lastly I like the illustrations because they are very whimsical and colorful like how a folk tale feels when you read it.… (más)
