While i was reading i was very pleased with setting of the book and what they were doing before the storm happened.
One thing I really like about the book is the language use, like when he when he talks about his hands turning purple and then refers to the wind as “little knives stabbing him in the face”. He use of description makes the story interesting and realistic.
I think this book is about perseverance, because Zach the main character has to keep going through really tough obstacles like saving his father from the crashed car and getting him through the harsh conditions in the winter storm, to save his father. You need perseverance to get through life for many things. When Zach got his father to the hospital he put all things aside to save his father and his dog.
I recommend this book because it has many very detailed words in the book. Although the building story was interesting, the ending was too abrupt and kind of disappointing. So I still recommend it to anyone who enjoys suspense and is fine with endings that are a little bland like not alot of what happens after the hospital or in it. I kinda enjoyed this book. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who is looking for a suspenseful/action book.… (más)
