I have had my own copy of this book for about 10 years, it is really a comprehensive review of how to assess your life, and in particular relationships. I am a psychotherapist and have 3 copies that I lend out to women, and most have found it helpful. When people first come into treatment it can be confusing and they don't know what to expect or where to begin, this book helps them look at their life and begin to ask themselves questions, this is the beginning process of healing and learning to take care of ourselves. I highly recommend this book.
