I received this book free from Goodreads Giveaways. It came at a perfect time, we are prepping our house for sale right now, so I sat down and read it all at once one evening. A lot of what’s in the book is found in nearly every article and blog post you can find online about selling a house, but it’s all organized and in one place, which makes it a worthwhile read.
I would think a lot of what she mentions (cleaning, decluttering, de-stinking) would be common sense but reading her real-life anecdotes it’s obvious common sense isn’t common.
This is a quick read, cover to cover it took me under two hours and that included a break to throw some pasta on for my kids’ dinner.
If you’re selling a house or thinking about it, this book is probably worth a look. There’s a decent amount of good information, tips and checklists that would be helpful, whether first-time or seasoned sellers. 4/5 stars ⭐️… (más)
