A Marvelous Redeemer is the third in the A Light For Christ Trilogy and continues to follow the member of the Royal Family of Carpathia. Aleigha C. Israel, the author has done a great job of showing faith to aspire for, faith that has faltered, and faith that is growing. She has also shown the reality that faces many Muslims when they choose a religion other than than Islam. I love that this story continued the stories of the characters in the previous novels. Amira is my favorite character in this book as she shows faith that we all hope we will have if we are faced with a situation. Caleb also shows how our faith and obedience sometime need to grow as we mature. I am interested to read more of the author’s works as she matures and grows herself. I would not recommend this book as a standalone novel, however it fits beautifully in the trilogy.

I received a copy of the book from Celebrate Lit, this in no way influenced my review. All opinions are my own.

A Marvelous Redeemer is the third and final book in the Light for Christ trilogy. Having read the first two books, I was looking forward to reading this third book, and it did not disappoint. The story picks up the tales of Anna, William, Caleb, Charlotte, and the rest of the characters I had come to know in the previous books.

This book focuses primarily on Caleb and his friend Amira (a Muslim girl turned Christian). Caleb feels like he is being treated as a boy when he feels he has become a man. But as the story unfolds, he will come to realize he is not quite ready to be on his own yet. Amira is forced to leave her family’s home because she has become a Christian. She faces many obstacles and difficulties as a 14-year-old on her own. The worst of these is when two men who have escaped from prison take her hostage.

In the background of the story of Caleb and Amira, Anna, Charlotte (Anna’s sister-in-law) and their family and friends try to keep life as normal as possible when Anna is queen and her husband William is king.

My favorite part of this book is the ending which demonstrates that Caleb has grown up and become a man. So if you like Christian fiction full of danger, adventure, family, and friendship, check out this book for yourself.

I received a copy of this book for my fair and honest review.

This third book in the trilogy allows us to get to know several previous characters under different circumstances. Young Amira has become a Christian through the witness of Caleb. When this change is discovered by her Muslim mother, she is asked to recant or leave home. This decision brings many dangers, interesting people and even a treasure hunt into her life. Will she ever be safe, warm and well fed again? Caleb, fearing for the safety of his friend, decides it is up to him to do something about it. Through some tough lessons he learns that ‘God is always in control and He NEVER makes mistakes.’
While this story can be read as a stand alone, it is lovely to learn more about the lives of those we met in the first two books. I found it very interesting how well the statement ‘Never did I imagine that a single choice could affect my life with such intensity, and why because of one choice, my life would never be the same again.’ was appropriate to Amira’s life, but also to Caleb as well as other characters in the book.
A copy of this book was received through CelebrateLit. The opinions and impressions given are my own.

This was a very good ending to this trilogy. I enjoyed reading about these characters throughout this series. You will want to read each book in order to really enjoy this series. I loved how Caleb really learned some good lessons. I am looking forward to many more books by this author. I received a copy of this book from Celebratelit for a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will.
