Boyd Craven III

Worth reading again & again!

Boyd never fails to entertain with his prolific pen and ability to bring you into the stories he writes. I love how his stories flow and particularly enjoy the ones he writes that are based on current, real-life events.
I can, and have, read some of his books over and over again. The plots and characters are believable, and if you pay attention, you just might learn a few things that might help you out in these trying times!
Keep it up, Boyd--looking forward to more in this series, as well as others like it.… (más)

I have read this series at least twice--the first time was the original reading of the 1st book the 2nd (and maybe 3rd) times were because I read so much in between the release of each one that I feel the need to re-read them to refresh my memory on each book. There's a chance I will read them again, they are that interesting and entertaining.
The characters are likeable and situations are real-life, especially for these times we live in now...
and who doesn't love smart as a whip dogs??? You might even learn something about prepping.
I was sorry to see this series end so soon, but I'm already making my way through his newest series, Behind the Curve, and loving it as well! Having read the World Burns series years ago, I will be catching up on others that he's written, whether they are dystopian or not (time to branch out since I'm running out of Boyd's reading material, lol)… (más)

Every time I read the latest book in this series, I go back and RE-read the ones prior, you know, just to make sure I haven't forgotten what's going on (I read a lot in between). They never get old, and this one is every bit as interesting and captivating as the first 2!
For this genre, Boyd rates right up there with my fave authors in other genres--King, Patterson, Grisham, and Koontz. Been a big fan ever since 'meeting' him on a homesteading forum (BYC?) years ago; he's solely responsible for my love of prepper/post apocalyptic reading material. Keep up the good work!
