A beautiful book! and so suitable as a gift, but also a good book to dip into for an idea. Stimulated my imagination!
This very pretty volume of simple craft ideas hopped into my arms while I was at the library. The design of the book is lovely, and all of the projects simple and well explained. The materials are likely to be expensive, and none of the ideas stand out to me - they're all good, but not much different than what you'd find in any other book about simple crafts to make as gifts.
I received an ebook version of Make & Give from NetGalley as an early review. Personally, I recommend this book because it offers a nice variety of craft projects that can fit any time, or financial limitations. It has big, bright, colorful photos of each project and templates to go along with all of the projects. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend this book as a library purchase since we typically don't buy anything that has templates in it, since those pages tend to get ripped out of the book.… (más)
