This cookbook is full of really interesting recipes and absolutely stunning photography. It really gives you a good snapshot of Nordic flavor profiles for sweets. Some of the flavors were a bit surprising too. It's a good addition to a diverse cookbook collection.

This is probably visually the most stunning cookbook I have ever seen. Desserts inspired by the beauty of Norwegian nature, following the cycle of seasons.
