A charming story about a favorite tree of mine. I just absolutely love the red bark illustrations and the calming story has been so sweet for my niece and nephew.

This charming book is filled with some of the most gorgeous illustrations that I have ever seen for a nature children's book. The tree is so resilient, sweet, and Barbara's text does such a lovely job at crafting a relaxing, calming story for bedtime or relaxing story time.
